Exhibition Attendee FAQ

international confex 2024 show info busy show floor info

International Confex continues the rollout of supplier passes into 2025.

Launched two years ago, these passes provide event industry suppliers with an invaluable opportunity to attend the show and network without the cost of exhibiting.

Feedback from exhibitors highlighted that the presence of suppliers on the show floor was affecting the overall experience for attendees as well and exhibitors. To address this, supplier passes were introduced during registration, ensuring a more focused and high-calibre attendee pool.

By securing a supplier pass, you'll gain access to the show floor, allowing you to connect with industry leaders, potential clients, and fellow suppliers in a more structured and effective environment. Enhance your network, explore new business opportunities, and stay updated with the latest industry trends.

Supplier Pass FAQ

Where can I purchase a supplier pass?

During registration, you will specify your role within the industry and select your supplier pass. You can purchase your ticket as part of this process. If you need an invoice or expense receipt, this option is available in the registration form. After completing the form, our finance team will contact you to collect payment and process your registration.

Please note, each member of your organisation attending the show must purchase a supplier pass.

Important: All registrations are monitored. If you attempt to register using false information, your registration may be rejected.

What does a supplier pass grant you?

A supplier pass grants you access to the live event and the show app, although some networking features may be limited to protect the experience of attendees and exhibitors. You will have entry to the show floor on both days, providing ample opportunity to connect with a diverse pool of attendees.

Arriving at the show

When you arrive at ExCeL London, head to the entrance to print your badge at the specified terminal for supplier badges.

Staff will be available to assist with any registration issues. Payment terminals will be available in the organiser's office if you need to purchase your pass on-site.

I've visited International Confex, what happens now?

If, after visiting, you decide to invest further in the show, the cost of your supplier pass will be deducted from the price of your chosen stand or sponsorship package. Supplier passes are a great way to get a feel of the show, meet other suppliers and gain perspective on the audience International Confex is connecting businesses with year on year.
