Stephanie is responsible for sales and marketing of Exclusive Collection, a privately owned hospitality business and the UK’s first hotel group to become a certified B Corp. She joined the company 15 years ago and is now a board director overseeing the management, strategy and governance of the organisation.

An innovative thinker, Stephanie has a focussed approach to sales development and client retention and brings to life emerging consumer trends to the group’s hotels and estates. Exclusive Collection is privately owned and has built a reputation for putting a contemporary edge into some of England’s classic country house destinations. In addition to the hotels, the collection has a championship golf course, a cookery school, an historic pub too and recently brought Ansty Hall in the Midlands back to its former glory.
