Ollie Richardson is Head of Merchandise & Sustainability and the B Corp Lead at Justgood, a company making sustainable products for brands to be proud of. Ollie specialises in creating impactful campaigns for clients such as Tokio Marine HCC, Adobe, Spotify, and Google that do less harm than good through better product selection, efficient supply chain management, and alignment with business and environmental goals. He is responsible for ensuring Justgood make good choices, even when no one is looking. This includes leading the B Corp certification process, ensuring accountability for actions (not just words), and improving ethical practices both internally and externally.
