Michael joined Cvent in May 2013, transitioning from his pivotal role as part of the team that launched Yelp UK in 2012. As one of the founding members of Cvent's London office, he has been instrumental in its growth and success. Currently, he serves as the Senior Manager for the International Account Management team, where he oversees a diverse portfolio of clients and drives strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. His exceptional leadership and innovative approach were recognized when he was awarded the Emerging Leader of the Year award in 2021.

During his tenure at Cvent, Michael has spearheaded numerous projects that have significantly contributed to the company's expansion in the international market. His expertise in account management, coupled with his deep understanding of the tech industry, has enabled him to build strong relationships with clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their evolving needs.

Beyond his professional achievements at Cvent, Michael is a prominent figure in the LGBTQ+ community. In 2018, he was honored as one of the RAHM Top 100 Global LGBT Leaders, and in 2019, he was ranked in the Top 8 at the National Diversity Awards for his positive contribution to LGBTQ+ life. His advocacy and leadership were further recognized when he was listed in the Yahoo! Finance Top 100 Global LGBTQ+ Leaders for 2021/22.

Michael is also the CEO of The P3 Network, a London-based LGBT charity dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ families. Under his leadership, the charity has launched several impactful campaigns, earning the prestigious ‘Point of Light’ award from Downing Street in 2018. His unwavering commitment to advancing LGBTQ+ rights and fostering inclusive communities led to his recognition as one of the Top 10 LGBTQ+ Champions in the UK in June 2024.
