Melanie has worked in the hospitality industry in key sales and leadership roles for over twenty years and then developed her own business, offering support to businesses both large and small as a trainer, mentor, and coach. Her experience includes working with leading brands; Marriott, Hilton, Accor, The Belfry Resort, Carden Park Resort, Barbican, Iconic Luxury Hotels, delivering a variety of Customer Service, Sales and Leadership training and coaching throughout the UK. Melanie has also developed and delivered a range of open courses with Marketing Manchester, Go North Wales, along with the Meetings Industry Association.

Passionate about training and developing others, Melanie loves a challenge and especially when it is working with an organisation and their people to develop their approach to giving great, “Enlightened Hospitality.” She believes that people should have strong, inter-personal skills and frameworks for delivering enthusiastic and appropriate customer experiences that mean guests leave with smiles on their faces and empty pockets.

Melanie has a natural aptitude to adapt her approach to different organisations and management styles and can blend her training and approach to suit the needs of the business however large or small.
