Hilary has a wealth of event management experience from commemorative events to conferences. An advocate for the power of carefully targeted conference content, she currently curates and produces flagship conference programmes for Association for Project Management (APM), the chartered body for the project profession. Since 2017 she's overseen the impressive growth of the APM Women in Project Management Conference from decline to a year on year sell out event with more than 900 delegates attending annually, successfully steered APM's shift to online events during the pandemic and was instrumental in growing APM's flagship conference to two days. Previously she's worked on high profile events such as the Diamond Jubilee Pageant and Her Majesty The Queen's 90th Birthday Pageant and led the creation of a new training and education provision at British Eventing for grassroots and youth teams. Hilary is also a Mum to a two year old daughter and is a keen one-day-event rider and dog agility competitor.
