Gabby Austen-Browne is a multi award winning diversity and inclusion expert, delivering consultancy, education, training and impactful initiatives such as the REACH scholarship fund for the events and hospitality sectors, as founder and director of Diversity Alliance and co-founder of the Diverse Speaker Bureau.
Clients include the Queens Platinum Jubilee Pageant, Kellogg's, Sq Enix, Jack Morton and Momentum. Gabby brings her breadth of experience as an events professional to inform, support and advise on DE&I strategies that are relevant to the sector. Gabby regularly speaks, writes and lectures on Diversity & Inclusion within events, is a judge for industry awards and is a mentor on the Fast Forward 15 programme.
