Born into a profoundly deaf family and having faced barriers my entire life, accessibility has become a passion of mine. My role as Head of Relationships at Sorenson enables me to educate services/organisations on deaf awareness and enable them to become more inclusive and accessible to the deaf BSL community. I also work as a BSL presenter for BT Sport’s pioneering football programme, Sign Up so my TV work also has accessibility at its very core and both jobs link up nicely!

Outside work, sport has been a lifelong obsession of mine where I was always trying to keep up with my two older brothers. I captained GB Deaf Women at three Deaflympics winning two bronzes in the process. I may be retired but I am naturally competitive when participating in social sports…oh and at board games too :)
