Charlotte is Marketing & Data Manager | Sustainability Champion at Connection Crew, a social enterprise and crewing company supporting people affected by homelessness to access training, work, and opportunities in the events industry. With a background in memory, culture, globalisation, and data she brings a thoughtful, interdisciplinary approach to her work. Charlotte leverages her expertise to inspire action in the events industry, sharing insights into environmental and social sustainability, and encouraging collaboration.

Charlotte is Connection Crew’s B Keeper, project managing their B Corp journey. She takes on various ESG initiatives, and leads on sustainability reporting - highlighting the measurable social and environmental impact made by their work. She co-facilitates ESG roundtables, leads the Sustainability in Action blog series, and helps clients to understand and amplify their impact — one event at a time.
