Charles Murphy is the Community Outreach Manager for Sorenson. He is responsible for educating the Deaf community in terms of how to properly use the services. This includes what the system looks like, how to use it appropriately and effectively, tips for using the physical system and discussing and eliminating any issues they may have. He also provides more insight into how the background set up works, in terms of interpreters working on the platform.
