Caroline Medcalf, Director of Events for XSEM, is passionate about the events industry. She has a wealth of experience from her roles in luxury hotel operations and national sales. Having previously led conferences and events for one of the UK’s largest agencies, Caroline leads the XSEM operations team, focusing on delivering the best possible experience for their clients and customers. Committed to nurturing the next generation of event professionals; she’s a Beam board member, mentors at Manchester Met University and frequently speaks at industry events. As trustee at Event, she’s also an advocate for mental health and well-being.
