RefTech announced as official badging and registration partner for International Confex, Event Production Show and PA Show
RefTech, an award-winning event technology provider, proudly announces its appointment as the official badging and registration partner for three major spring exhibitions organised by Mash Media: International Confex, Event Production Show, and the PA Show.
As the chosen partner, RefTech will oversee the entire registration and badging process, employing a state-of-the-art system featuring 18 badge stations across the three shows. This comprehensive setup includes 12 PrintPods and 6 enquiry stations, designed to optimise efficiency and speed the registration process.
Margaret Reeves, managing director, RefTech said: "We are thrilled to be selected as the badging and registration partner for Mash Media's prestigious spring exhibitions. At RefTech, we are committed to pushing the boundaries of event registration technology, so this partnership provides an excellent opportunity to showcase our award-winning registration systems and our inhouse expertise by delivering a seamless registration solution to the entire events industry. Event registration should always be reliable and offer a near invisible process that leaves no trace; it should enable visitors to simply turn up, collect their badge and walk in, in one quick, perfect operation."
Liz Agostini, chief commercial officer, Mash Media, commented on the partnership: "RefTech’s commitment to innovation and excellence complements our goals and will ensure a seamless and effective registration process that will enhance the overall event experience. We were impressed by RefTech’s award winning registration service and their personable approach to customer service. We are delighted to be partnering with them for our flagship events this Spring.”
The registration system will be powered by RefTech’s Neo software which uses the IoT (Internet of Things) protocols to communicate and share data. It is designed to work on poor-quality network connections and will continue to work even if Wi-Fi fails. The hardware being used includes the RefTech PrintPod, a stand-alone device with an inbuilt badge printer that enables exhibitors and visitors to scan a barcode, receive their print-on-demand badge and gain fast track entry.
