This week we had the pleasure of connecting with Ashanti Bentil-Dhue, Co Founder of Black in Events. We discussed our own conscious inclusion and work place culture as well as the importance of creating movement and really look forward to continued collaborations with BIE at International Confex.
Now more than ever, the events industry is perfectly poised to be a model example of an industry which actively encourages and embraces diversity. We bring people together, we collaborate and we create unforgettable experiences. The new Black In Events Network has been created to support the industry when it comes to attracting BAME applicants, creating more diverse speakers and supply chains.
