This wellbeing workshop is the perfect answer to restore and revive delegates in the middle of Confex. It is a masterclass in wellbeing that leaves delegates with practical tips for boosted energy, reduced stress and elevated mood. An ideal way to break up the day, Sarah leads the group through a series of holistic exercises such as Chair Yoga, breath work and guided meditations. By focusing on how to change the way we use our body, breath and brain, the group can use these tips moving forward in order to create a more joyful life. This calming yet inspiring session is the ideal way to recharge everyone's batteries before heading back to the event.
