First an foremost, I am a conference organizer just like you. I organize my tech conference on a volunteer basis with just myself and my 2 friends. Not for profit, just because we love our technology industry. When we started out, like you, we used many tools to help us. Some paid, some free, and some that we had to come up with ourselves to make it all work. We spend £1,000's on software and around 500 hours of our collective time maintaining those tools and keeping things in sync.

Then I'm going to show you how I solved all these problems, reduced my team's workload by over 300 hours and enables us to organize our 1,000 person 2-day tech event in our spare time while also working our day jobs.
