Drawing on Manchester Central's initiatives, including a recent collaboration with Manchester Metropolitan University and Informa Markets, I will demonstrate how strategic partnerships and innovative programs can inspire the next generation of professionals while reinforcing corporate social responsibility (CSR) values.

The winner, Claire Pisira, earned an all-expenses-paid trip to the prestigious Women in Exhibitions World Summit in Milan, where she shared her ideas on an international stage.
