Church Farm Ardeley and Aldenham Country Park are not-for-profit Care Farms, providing training and work experience for adults and children with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
Located less than an hour from central London, both venues are natural settings for learning programmes, leadership development, implicit team bonding and fun events Our approach to sustainability combined with social care means we are particularly suited to companies with a strong ESG ethos.
Facilities include acres of outside space for team building, family fun days, corporate festivals, meetings, ESG and CSR volunteering events. Camping and glamping facilities are available for groups wishing to stay overnight. Catering, using produce from our farms, can be provided at our traditional village pub and farm cafés. Both venues are available for dry hire.
Church Farm Ardeley and Aldenham Country Park were established15 years ago by MotivAction’s founders. MotivAction designs and runs events helping our clients build teams, motivate and communicate with staff, partners and their clients. We design events that make a difference and integrate sustainability into events at our own venues, plus venues in the UK and abroad.
